Purposes and legal bases
Contact requests: we process your identification, contact, company and message details to answer your request and take any pre-contractual steps. Processing is based on fulfilling your request and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in following up business enquiries professionally.
Scans: we process your contact details, answers and indicative results to calculate, display and deliver the result and contact you about it. Processing is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Website analytics: SharpSpring tracking is loaded only after you allow analytics cookies. The legal basis is your consent.
Data we process
Depending on your use, we may process your name, business email address, telephone number, role, company, subject and message, scan answers and results, language, page URL, cookie preference and technical visit data.
Retention
Contact requests, scan results and related follow-up data are retained for no longer than three years after the last relevant contact, unless a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires longer retention.
Processors and transfers
DSC uses Vercel for hosting and SharpSpring/Constant Contact for forms, marketing automation and — after consent — website analytics. Personal data is not sold. It is shared only with service providers processing it on DSC’s behalf or where required by law.
Where a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with applicable law and that provider’s contractual terms.
Your rights
Subject to the legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. Send your request to info@dsc-solution.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
