This notice explains how DSC processes personal data when you visit this website, submit a contact request or complete a scan.

Purposes and legal bases
Contact requests: we process your identification, contact, company and message details to answer your request and take any pre-contractual steps. Processing is based on fulfilling your request and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in following up business enquiries professionally.
Scans: we process your contact details, answers and indicative results to calculate, display and deliver the result and contact you about it. Processing is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Website analytics: SharpSpring tracking is loaded only after you allow analytics cookies. The legal basis is your consent.
Data we process
Depending on your use, we may process your name, business email address, telephone number, role, company, subject and message, scan answers and results, language, page URL, cookie preference and technical visit data.
Retention
Contact requests, scan results and related follow-up data are retained for no longer than three years after the last relevant contact, unless a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires longer retention.
Processors and transfers
DSC uses Vercel for hosting and SharpSpring/Constant Contact for forms, marketing automation and — after consent — website analytics. Personal data is not sold. It is shared only with service providers processing it on DSC’s behalf or where required by law.
Where a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with applicable law and that provider’s contractual terms.
Your rights
Subject to the legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. Send your request to info@dsc-solution.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Cookies and preferences
Necessary storage supports website operation and remembers your cookie preference. SharpSpring is loaded only after you consent to analytics cookies. You can change your choice through ‘Cookie preferences’ in the footer.
- dsc-consent-v1 — browser local storage; remembers your necessary-storage or analytics choice; DSC; up to 180 days.
- dsc-analytics-denied — cookie; blocks optional measurement after rejection or a storage error; DSC; up to 180 days, removed when you allow analytics.
- dsc-attribution-v1 — session storage; keeps campaign parameters only after analytics consent; DSC; up to 30 minutes and no later than the end of the browser session.
- __ss — cookie on the DSC domain; stores the SharpSpring visit session after website analytics consent; SharpSpring/Constant Contact; up to 1 day.
- __ss_referrer — cookie on the DSC domain; stores the referring page for SharpSpring visit measurement after consent; SharpSpring/Constant Contact; up to 1 hour.
- __ss_initial_referrer — cookie on the DSC domain; stores the first referring page for SharpSpring visit measurement after consent; SharpSpring/Constant Contact; up to 1 day.
- koitk — cookie on the marketingautomation.services domain; recognises a visitor for SharpSpring visit measurement after consent; SharpSpring/Constant Contact; up to 400 days.
After you consent, SharpSpring measures pages visited. If you decline, tracking is not loaded. If you withdraw consent through ‘Cookie preferences’, DSC stops further measurement requests and deletes SharpSpring cookies on its own domain. DSC cannot delete the cookie on the SharpSpring domain; you can clear it in your browser settings.
Changes
DSC may update this notice when the website, processing activities or legal requirements change. The latest version is always published on this page.
