The management challenge

Your information has been spread. Not your responsibility.

01

Disseminated information

Priorities, figures and decisions are distributed across email, documents, CRM and separate dashboards.

02

Slow follow-up

Decisions lose context when owners, deadlines, and next steps are not visible in one place.

03

Separate AI tools

AI is used without fixed sources, approval boundaries or connection to projects and business processes.

Today

Separate tools and AI chats

Information, analysis, decisions and follow-up remain dispersed. This means there is a lack of context when management needs to act.

The direction

A connected management cycle

Signals are linked to priorities, owners, actions, approvals and results that become visible again in the cockpit.

From signal to decision and implementation

  1. 01

    Overview

    See priorities, risks and deadlines.

  2. 02

    Analysis

Human decision-making power

AI prepares. People determine the boundaries.

The concept screens below illustrate how human control is aligned with impact, recoverability, autonomy, data sensitivity and the chosen scope.

Allowed

Defined support within clear sources, rights and rules.

Approval required

An appropriate staff member reviews context and proposed action.

Not allowed

Actions out of scope or without appropriate authority remain technically blocked.

Connect to your operation

Connect existing systems where this is responsibly possible

The portal does not automatically replace your ERP or CRM, but can connect to it as a management and implementation layer. Integration options depend on the platform edition and license, available APIs, access rights, data quality, security and the chosen scope.

Management value

More context for every decision and clearer follow-up

The value is not expressed in advance in general percentages. For each pilot, we determine which search time, lead time, quality, follow-up or decision context is relevant and measurable.

  • Less searching for the current state of affairs
  • Clearer owners and next steps
  • Decisions with visible context and preconditions
  • Reconstruction of assignment, approval, execution and outcome
Phased implementation

Start with one manageable management cycle

The environment is designed step by step. Any expansion will only follow after the scope, operation and acceptance criteria have been validated.

  1. 01

    Cockpit

Determine which priorities, projects, risks and decisions should be visible on a daily basis.

  2. 02

    Interactive control

Connect management information to owners, tasks, projects and follow-up.

  3. 03

    Controlled AI execution

Let AI prepare or carry out defined steps within established rights and approvals.

  4. 04

    Optimization

Measure usage and quality, learn from exceptions and only expand in a targeted manner.

Frequently asked questions

Practical clarity before a pilot

Is the DSC Management Portal an ERP or CRM system?

No. The portal is conceived as an AI-enabled management and execution layer that can bring together information, decisions and follow-up around existing systems. It does not automatically replace a full ERP or CRM.

Can the portal work with our existing ERP or CRM?

That is often possible, but not self-evident. Options are explored per platform and use case and depend on the platform edition and license, available APIs, access rights, data quality, security and the agreed scope.

Can DSC build custom modules in platforms such as Odoo, Zoho or HubSpot?

Targeted customization can be investigated when the customer gives explicit permission for this and the platform, license and technical access allow this. Development is tested, documented and validated per customer environment; platform names are examples and do not imply a general guarantee of compatibility or partner status.

Does AI then run the company independently?

No. AI can support analysis, preparation and defined execution. Authorized employees retain decision-making rights, sensitive actions may require approval and relevant steps are logged and made traceable where necessary.

What is already available today?

The management vision, design principles, ten coherent concept screens and the approval model have been developed. The concrete functionality, integrations and user roles are defined per pilot and still need to be technically and operationally validated.

How do we start without starting a major ERP project?

With one controllable management cycle or use case. We first determine which information, decision and follow-up really need to be connected and only expand when effectiveness, safety and value have been sufficiently demonstrated.

Bring management information and execution together.

Start with one defined management cycle and determine which information, decisions and actions really need to be connected.
