One goal, two paths. Where do you start?
Where a suitable Portal module is available, DSC generally recommends starting directly with a defined operational use case to create value early. The AI Audit remains the right route for areas the Portal does not yet support, or when a broader organisation-wide analysis, business case, governance review or roadmap is needed first.
What is the difference between the AI Audit and the Management Portal?
The AI Audit is an in-depth, guided analysis by DSC that produces clear priorities and a roadmap. The Management Portal is a software platform you can use directly; it is designed to analyse your organisation continuously, identify opportunities and suggest improvements. Both are valid routes and can complement each other.
Do we need an AI Audit before we can start?
No. If a suitable Portal module is available and the starting situation is sufficiently clear, DSC generally recommends starting directly with an operational use case. The AI Audit remains valuable for areas not yet supported, or when a broader analysis, business case, governance review or roadmap is needed first.
How long does an AI Audit take?
The duration depends on the size of the organisation, the number of processes and systems, the availability of information and the desired depth. We therefore agree a specific schedule after a short initial discussion rather than quoting a generic timeframe.
How much does an AI Audit cost?
The price depends on the scope, scale and desired depth. DSC sets out in advance what will be examined, which deliverables will be provided and the associated investment. This page does not promise a standard price before the scope is known.
What if we already have a clear strategy?
Then DSC does not start from scratch. We use your existing strategy, analyses and priorities as input and focus on validation, information gaps, feasibility, integrations and turning the plan into concrete actions or implementation.
What information or access do you need?
That depends on the chosen scope. For an Audit, we need insight into relevant objectives, processes, systems and available data. For the Management Portal, we connect only the systems and data that are necessary and authorised. Access is set up according to least privilege and the agreed governance rules.
Is this suitable for smaller SMEs too?
Yes. The approach is adapted to the organisation's size and maturity. A smaller business can start with a limited scope, focusing only on the processes with the strongest expected value and feasibility.
Can the AI Audit and the Portal be used together?
Yes. The two approaches can complement each other. Where a suitable Portal module is available, DSC can start directly with an operational use case and optimise further based on actual use. An Audit is especially useful when a business area is not yet supported operationally or when management first wants to set organisation-wide priorities.
What happens after the AI Audit?
The outcome is intended to be more than a report left on a shelf. Priorities are turned into a roadmap with concrete next steps. Depending on your decision, DSC can then support implementation, integrations, automation, agent development or further configuration of the Management Portal.
Is it secure and GDPR-compliant?
DSC uses data minimisation, roles, permissions, human oversight, logging and other governance controls. Specific legal and privacy requirements depend on the data, systems and use case involved and are assessed for each implementation. Specialist legal review is required where necessary.
Can you also help with implementation?
Yes. This is a key part of DSC's offering: moving from analysis and prioritisation to practical delivery. DSC can support implementation, integrations, automation, agent development, Portal configuration, measurement and ongoing optimisation.
