ERP
SAP, OdooBusiness processes and operational data. Interconnection and rights per environment to investigate.
Bring relevant information from your existing systems into one AI context. Available connections and actions are validated for each environment, both technically and functionally.

Illustration of the AI management layer
No more disconnected tools.
One AI layer that brings everything together.
Your systems will continue to do what they are good at. DSC will take your software to the AI, where technically possible and responsible.
Business processes and operational data. Interconnection and rights per environment to investigate.
Relationships, campaigns and commercial follow-up. Access is validated per customer.
Email, calendar and collaboration as possible context sources. No automatic access.

Availability, rights and actions are validated per environment.
Connecting authorised documents and internal information to the work demand.
Connect additional systems when APIs, rights and scope allow.
Existing integration routes or custom links first technically validate.

Which systems together contain the information I need?
For a customer question, you can include the order context, your CRM the appointments and email the last question. Here I only combine fictitious preview information, no live sources.
Order, appointment and request are a fictional context together. There is no real connector active.
An available link still requires validated access and rights. Customization and missing API routes need to be examined separately.
I'm preparing an overview of resources, required rights and yet to validate links.
Shall I prepare this for you? Look first, then decide.

Existing software keeps doing what it is good at. Connecting comes before automatically replacing it.
You control access rights, roles and approvals. An off-set link must be visible.
Start where the value and feasibility are clear. Expand responsibly later.
Connected actually means connected; Available means available and validated. Custom setup required requires additional equipment; Under investigation means to investigate.
Still no appropriate module or link? Explore the AI Audit for a well-founded next step.
No. DSC starts with the systems that already deliver value. Where technically feasible, we connect them to the central AI layer through secure connectors and APIs.
These include ERP, Marketing Automation & CRM, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, document and knowledge sources, and other systems with suitable connectors or APIs. Actual availability is validated for each system.
We then assess whether an existing integration path, a custom connector or an API connection is feasible. If none is appropriate or feasible, we state that clearly.
Yes, where integrations, access permissions, purposes and governance allow. The central AI layer can combine context from several sources to support analyses, proposals and actions.
Yes, if the connector supports it and the customer explicitly authorises it. Human approval may remain mandatory for sensitive or significant actions.
Through roles, permissions, connector rights and approvals where needed. AI does not automatically receive unrestricted access to every system or dataset.
That depends on the chosen architecture, connector and system. Each integration must document where data is processed and which security and privacy requirements apply.
Yes. The architecture is modular, so new connectors or systems can be added in stages when they create value.
An integration must fail in a controlled, visible way, with a clear status, error message and, where appropriate, a retry or recovery procedure. Critical processes must not silently continue with incomplete data.
It depends on the system, API, authentication, data model and governance requirements. We set a timeline only after technical validation.
We will look at your situation and determine a feasible next step together.
